In the hotel kitchen, where the two women Marialuisa and Venusia are cooking,will surprise you by a wide range of balanced meals based on real flavors of the raw materials, mainly based on fish or meat dishes.
Our specials are include our penne with crustaceans, the spaghetti at Profumo di Mare, risotto alla marinara and for the lovers of vegetarian dishes also Pasta Favette from the garden, the gnocchi with pesto with zucchini flowers or spaghetti with lemon sauce. Very appreciated by the guests are the fried calamari or the gurnard filet in its own juice with seafood and mountain mint or the redfish roulades, as a substitute for the roast with beer juice or the roast pork on shaved Parmesan and balsamic vinegar… and at the end a rosette Puff pastry, a peach cheese cake or an exclusive “Cardinale”, in addition to the flavors, the tranquility and the nice atmosphere of the environment.
